You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. When you send the item to us, it must be in the original packaging and sent together with the receipt or proof of purchase.
You must inform us of your intention to return the item, either via email to CS@Quarz-Penang.com, via WhatsApp to +60124969643, or by calling +60124969643. If possible, a refund form should be issued, filled, and sent to CS@Quarz-Penang.com.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you about the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 14 days upon confirmation of approval, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
